At Gracefield School, we have a state of the art, purpose-built computer suite with internet and wi-fi.  We have 16 computers, together with printers, scanners and a comprehensive selection of software.  The Smart-board in the Reception class has had such a positive and dynamic impact on the children's learning that we have decided to install one in every classroom. 

Every child in the school receives dedicated ICT tuition. A comprehensive, challenging scheme of work from QCA (The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority) is in place to ensure that our children leave Gracefield School with essential ICT skills they will need to reach their full potential in secondary education and adult life.

These skills are acquired not only through dedicated subject teaching in the computer suite, but also through exploring the wider curriculum in the classroom, ensuring these vital skills are not learnt in isolation from everyday life.
